When reporting an error, please include the page address and what you saw on the booking listing. We review corrections and update the page when we can confirm the change.

What we cannot help with

We are an information website and do not operate tours or hold bookings. We cannot see, change, cancel or refund your booking, and we cannot contact the operator on your behalf.

• Changes, cancellations and refunds: use the booking platform where you paid. Its contact details are in your confirmation email.
• Pickup times and on-the-day questions: contact the operator using the details in your voucher.
• Dietary, medical or accessibility questions: ask the operator directly before the day and request written confirmation.
